Cross Country
We were a little worried about the weather last Friday, that the Cross Country Carnival wouldn't go ahead. However, the sun was shining and it was the perfect day to run outside. Congratulations to each student who participated, trying their very best.
Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who helped on the day. A big thanks you to Mrs Mel Taylor, Mr Brett Seaman and the Year One and Two teaching staff for organising the carnival.
NAPLAN
Year 3 and 5 students will participate in NAPLAN from Tuesday 10th May to Thursday
12th May (Week 3). Please see the schedule below. There will be make-up testing the following week (Week 4) for any students who have missed a test. If would like your child to be withdrawn from NAPLAN testing or have any concerns about your child's participation, please contact me by COB Monday 9th at rebekah.brown@cg.catholic.edu.au

There is a public demonstration site that can be accessed by students and their parents. The demonstration site has tests which can be used by students to familiarise themselves with the types of questions and related functionalities available in the online NAPLAN assessment.
