Dear St John the Apostle Primary School Families

The Community Council has organised a School disco for Thursday 31 August (week 7).

The disco is for St John the Apostle students only and will be held over two sessions.

Session 1 Kindergarten - Year 3 will be held from 5:30-6:30pm.

Session 2 Years 4-6 will be held between 7:00-8:00pm.

Please note that pick up time is strictly observed.

There will be a $5 entry fee per student. For $5 each student will receive:

• disco entry
• 2 x glow sticks
• 1 x popper
• 1 x popcorn
• 1 x slice of pizza
• 1 x zooper dooper

For the disco to run successfully we are asking for volunteers to help out in either session. If you would like to assist please fill in the parent volunteer section of this form.
